Ultra High Pressure Hydroblasting (UHP Hydroblasting) for PPVC
UHP hydroblasting, also known as UHP water blasting, is the process of using ultra pressure water to blast the surface of a workpiece or material. The operation is conducted using ultra high pressure water jetting systems pressurised by pump units with an output capability of above 10K - 40K PSI (2500 BAR).

Benefits Of UHP Hydroblasting
Equality System UHP hydroblasting offers distinct benefits over other methods of surface preparation:
Output Consistency
- Follows the programmed blast speed and pattern to deliver a consistent blasting result on the surface.
- Does not depend on the skill or stamina of operators, making it a superior option over manual hacking or other methods.
Productivity
- 3 times faster than manual hacking, thus saving time & manpower.
- Requires fewer steps to complete as compared to other methods.
Operator Safety
- Does not require close contact with the blast areas, keeping operators safe from work hazards by operating the water jetting guns at a remote distance.
- No need to exert strength when handling the water jetting guns, preventing work hazards of the manual hacking method where the operators may be prone to hand tremors or irregular heartbeat due to prolonged exposure to repeated pounding actions of the hacking power tools.
- No exposure to chemicals, only ultra high-pressure water is used.
Environmental Friendly
- Keeps the construction site clean and dust-free.
- Contains and prevents dust or other dangerous contaminants from becoming airborne.
- Protect the buildings from structural corrosion due to chemical erosion.
