Equality System Sdn Bhd is founded on the back of vast experience in surface preparation. Before establishing the company, our founder worked as a coating inspector, supporting multinational refineries in meeting the industry’s most stringent technical and quality standards.
In the course of his work, he identified ultra high pressure hydroblasting as an effective and advanced solution for concrete surface treatment. Compared to conventional manual hacking and chemical methods, UHP hydroblasting delivers clear advantages in productivity, safety, environmental friendliness, and output consistency, while achieving a uniform concrete rough surface suitable for high-performance coatings.
Driven by these results, he founded Equality System and began conducting UHP hydroblasting operations for precast prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) surfaces in 2019. The process proved highly effective, with treated PPVC elements demonstrating excellent structural integrity and reliable concrete surface roughening, earning strong recognition from architects and contractors alike.
With innovation at the core of our business, we have since developed a proprietary robotic system for ultra high pressure water blasting operations — the first of its kind in the market — delivering enhanced reliability, consistent quality, and superior efficiency for large-scale surface preparation projects in Malaysia.
